Kane Chronicles and Help and Update

I am running out of inspiration to write. If you like this blog, and I know you do, don't lie, I have ways of finding out, comment, rate, and/or follow. It's not THAT much work! A lot less work than the work it takes to keep this website updated. So please, inspire me. Comment and yell at me if I'm not posting! I need help! Now. This is sorta PJO related. Sorta. Hey I didn't say all the way, so pleaseeee don't be mad at me. How much do you like the Kane Chronicles? Ahhhh! Okayyyyyy, nobody slapped me...ow! That's just rude! Get outta here! Now, I can't say I lke it as much as PJO, but it's all right. The ONLY reason I started reading it was because of my best friend in the world, who does not read this site, (what's up with that?), gave it to me to read. I read it, and since I LOVE Rick Riordan, and the way he writes, I liked it. Owwwwwww! What's up with the slapping today? Geesh. Now because I am nice I won't throw you out or slap you back, but if I get slapped one more time, I am going to stop writing about the Kane Chronicles and why-ow! That is it! Now adding time! Now... Sorry I haven't written for a while. I have run out of things to write about. But...HERE I AM!!!! And I have something to write about. Now... DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE NOT READ SON OF NEPTUNE. SORRY I WRITE ALOT ABOUT THAT BOOK, BUT READ IT IF YOU WANT TO READ THIS BLOG. Now. I am going to talk about Nico in the Son of Neptune. I REALLY like Nico. And He has proved himself as a kinda both ways kind of person. In the Last Olympian, He was against Kronos, but betrayed Percy to his dad, Hades. He has shown reason for Percy to trust him, and reason for Percy not to. Now, in the Son of Neptune, He pretended not to know Percy, and in the Lost Hero he was looking for Percy. As far as it tells, it doesn't seem like Nico told where Percy was or anything like that. I really like Nico, like I said, but that might of made him a little untrustworthy. Again. He also never mentioned Camp Jupiter to Annabeth or anyone else at Camp Half Blood. And he never mentioned Camp Half Blood to anyone at Camp Jupiter. It seems like he almost WANTED to keep the 2 camps apart.

Is what Ella states in the Son of Neptune. Annabeth is PROBABLY the one in the Mark of Athena. But we don't know for sure. This would be the PERFECT opportunity for Rick to trick us. We'll expect Annabeth and get some one else. So don't take a bet off another character. Mark of Athena. I 'm going to take a moment to think. The Mark of Athena is..

Now for what I found out...
The Mark of Athena is an upcoming book written by Rick Riordan that is scheduled to be released in Fall 2012, according to the final page of The Son of Neptune. It is the third book in the series, The Heroes of Olympus. It will continue the adventures of the seven demigods of the second Great Prophecy and their quest to stop the giants - the sons of Gaea - in Rome. The Greek and Roman heroes will try to close the Doors of Death and save Nico di Angelo, who has probably been taken captive by Gaea's forces.
Annabeth Chase is to have an important role in this book, as Ella said 'Wisdom's daughter walks alone, the mark of Athena burns through Rome." Juno also told Percy 'the one who will cause the most trouble is the one closest to you-- the one who hates me most' though Percy angrily ignores Juno's advice.

This is from wikipedia. That was one of the only sources I could find on it. So I guess to learn more we gotta wait a little while.

New Sammy/Leo theory! Do not read if you have not read the son of neptune.

Okay. Before I post what I've found out for Mark of Athena, I want to say something about the Sammy, Leo thing. Now, Sammy died right? Chances are he went to eslium, right? He could of chosen to be born into another life. That could mean that Leo IS Sammy, he just doesn't remember any of his previous life. As far as I remember, Leo is Mexican-American, and Sammy is Mexican-American. Sorry, don't have the books with me can't check up on that. I think this is what Rick is going for. It's not a very long shot. Like the Son of Neptune said... *Goes to get her books* *Searches for page* "That's right," Gaea purred. "You were destined to marry Sammy. Do you know what happened to him after you died in Alaska? He grew up and moved to Texas. He married and had a family. But he never forgot you. He always wondered why you disappeared. He's dead now--a heart attack in the nineteen-sixties." So we know Sammy died. I think I'm right, but there's only one way to find out and that's...wait. Uggh. I think my head is gonna explode from all this waiting.

Hello, hello hello! Thanks to those who commented! I will be won the demigod diarys again tonight. (As long as I don't run out of time.) I am reading the Son of Neptune for the third time. I have been paying attention to details that I might of missed.  I haven't found any so far. I'm trying not to go crazy waiting for the Mark of Athena. I'll have some details for that later.

Sea of Monsters movie???

You probably recognize these people. Most of them starred in the Percy Jackson movie. So why would I have their pictures here? Personally I thought the movie sucked. The books were better, and the whole quest for the pearls thing? I wish Ares had appeared and all that stuff. But I'm not here to ramble on and on and on about the first movie. (I might do that later.) I'm here to talk about the second movie. The Sea of Monsters is scheduled to come out sometime in 2013. That girl with the blond hair? The rumor is that she's going to be Thalia. Not very...Thalia like, right? Thalia has black hair and is kinda Punk person. Logan is coming back, and so is Jake. Of course Annabeth and Grover too. But Can they try to get things right? Well, they're already off to a bad start. Because Thalia? She doesn't have blond hair. And Percy, and Annabeth? Way to old. Sorry but I think Grover was perfect. They portrayed Luke well too. Well if you want too know if it's worth your money, I'll see it and tell you. Oh, and by the way, there's a comment button. Books (Again)

I am going over the Percy Jackson books again. I'm reading them out of order. (Sorry) I'm reading Son of Neptune, Lost Hero, and the Last Olympian. If you haven't read those do not read this. It is, a Spoiler.
So, The Last Olympian, One of my personal favorites. Sorry but your going to have to listen to the things that I like and don't like. I thought Rick Riordans twist ending was cool. It was something that I hadn't planned on, which I liked. I thought it was cool how Luke was the hero in the end, and the cursed blade was Annabeth's knife. I also liked how Rick Riordan saved Annabeth and Percy realizing they like each other for last. I like how they saved what would turn around the whole war for last. He could of started so that they had the upper hand, But he put the twist of the war for last, like Poseiden comeing to their aid, and Hades. I liked how Athena seems mad at Percy for liking Annabeth. I think she's been through just a little bit more than dating Percy. I like how in the end every thing worked out in between Annabeth and Rachel. I think that it was cool that they even brought back some of the old monsters like the Minoutar. Kinda wish that Medusa had been there. She probably would of turned all or Kronos's army to stone as well as Percy's.
Son of Neptune. I already covered a few things, like the phrophecy, Hazel and Leo, and the ending. I'm hoping that I'm right that Rick is going to throw us a curve ball. I've tried working it out, but so far that's not working.

I think that they went over Hephatus a little bit more in depth. Which I thought was cool. All in all it was a great book and I'm glad that they made Jason Thalia's brother. YOUR BOOKS ROCK RICK!!!

The Ultimate Percy Jackson Books

I think that my favorite book ever is the Last  Olympian. I have read the son of Neptune, and If you haven't DON'T READ THIS!!!! IT IS A SPOILER!!!! IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE SON OF NEPTUNE YOU SHOULD NOT BE READING THIS!!!!!!
So I had a problem with the ending. I hated how they didn't even tell how he met Annabeth and Leo, and Piper, and Jason. I also am confused about Hazel and her connection with Leo. Remember that Leo's dad is Hephaestus, So chances of her dating his dad are slim. Gaea also said that Sammy died, meaning that she couldn't of dated Hephaestus. I'm really confused about the prophecy.

Like it said 7 half bloods. Well we already have 6. There's is 5 books in the series. So the last 2 books could be about them finishing the prophecy or will they add on more. But Rick Riordan likes throwing us curve balls. Like in The Last Olympian, Luke was the hero, Not Percy. The cursed blade was Annabeth's dagger, because Luke broke his promise. It wasn't Kronos's scythe. I think that Rick Riordan has put a double meaning in this prophecy, and thrown us a curve ball, that will leave us guessing, wanting the next book. I think that Rick has learned the more he keeps us in suspense And the more we will wait and wait for the next book. I don't like waiting but I know that it's hard so I'll wait.

I really like this one. Maybe it's just because I like nico. This is from the 3rd book.

"Cool! Does it ever run out of ink?"

If Annabeth's mother was Athena, the goddess of wisdom, then why didn't Annabeth know better than to fall off a cliff? (I tried not to strangle Nico for asking that one.) Was Annabeth my girlfriend? (At this point, I was ready to stick the kid in a meat-flavored sack and throw him to the wolves.)

Somehow, it was okay when Annabeth called me that — at least, I'd gotten used to it — but hearing it from Thalia was not cool.

I hesitated. "Any gift?"
Zeus nodded grimly. "I know what you will ask. The greatest gift of all. Yes, if you want it, it shall be yours. “I'd love to tell you I had some deep revelation on my way down, that I came to terms with my own mortality, laughed in the face of death, et cetera.

"And here it is August, and do you come home like you're supposed to? Do you ever think about your poor lonely mother?"
"DEMETER!" Hades shouted. "That is enough. You are a guest in my house."
"Oh, a house is it?" she said. "You call this dump a house? Make my daughter live in this dark, damp-"
"I told you," Hades said, grinding his teeth, "there's a war in the world above. You and Persephone are better off here with me."
"Excuse me," I broke in. "But if you're going to kill me, could you just get on with it?”


“Husband, we talked about this," Persephone chided. "You can't go around incinerating every hero. Besides, he's brave. I like that."
Hades rolled his eyes. "You liked that Orpheus fellow too. Look how well that turned out.”



“Nico strode forward. The enemy army fell back before him like he radiated death, which of course he did.
Through the face guard of his skull-shaped helmet, he smiled. "Got your message. Is it too late to join the party?"
"Son of Hades." Kronos spit on the ground. "Do you love death so much you wish to experience it?"
"Your death," Nico said, "would be great for me."
"I'm immortal, you fool! I have escaped Tartarus. You have no business here, and no chance to live."
Nico drew his sword-three feet of wicked sharp Stygian iron, black as a nightmare. "I don't agree.”

“You're pretty smug, Lord Ares, for a guy who runs from Cupid statues.”

“I held out a lead figurine of Hades—the little Mythomagic statue Nico had abandoned when he fled camp last winter.
Nico hesitated. "I don’t play that game anymore. It’s for kids."
"It’s got four thousand attack power," I coaxed.
"Five thousand," Nico corrected. "But only if your opponent attacks first."
I smiled. "Maybe it’s okay to still be a kid once in a while.”

“Hades smiled coldly. "Hello, Father. You're looking...young."
"Hades," Kronos growled. "I hope you and the ladies have come to pledge your allegiance."
"I'm afraid not." Hades sighed. "My son here convinced me that perhaps I should prioritize my list of enemies." He glanced at me with distaste. "As much as I dislike certain upstart demigods, it would not do for Olympus to fall. I would miss bickering with my siblings. And if there is one thing we agree on - it is that you were a TERRIBLE father.”

Percy—" I started to say. Then the skeletons turned around. "Gotta go!"
